Certificate in Food Studies, an intensive short course for aspiring people into HALAL awareness and sanitation knowledge. This course details out stringent actions to be taken in the food hygiene aspect to prevent the occurring of food poisoning. This course will cover the fundamentals of halal & haram, what halal food is all about, the halal certification and legal aspects of halal food.
